| How do Messages work? Do they work with my email? |
Messages are private communications that are sent and received between users. They are sent immediately via email, maintained in the Ready Consultant Message Center and linked to a specific Project and project record.

| Comments and Messages - What is the difference and how do they work? |
Comments are immediately visible to all resources on a project. Messages are visible to only the sender and the recipient(s). Messages are also immediately sent to the recipient(s) via email.

| What does it mean to “Close” a record and what is a “close confirmation”? |
A confirmed closed record indicates it has been completed and at least 2 people have agreed it is appropriate to be closed. It cannot be edited after it is closed, although it is still visible.
